1. register at http://nbe-media.com or http://nbe-broadcast.com (free) or alternatively use http://rapidgrab.org/ (sometimes they gave error)
2. use their service to leech the files (they use rapidshot script with premium account so it will be very fast)
3. after get the link for the file you can look up in google, type intitle:RAPIDLEECH V2.2 or intitle:RAPIDLEECH V2.3
for example i got fast server (3MBPS WoW)

4. tried to paste the download link into their site and watch them leech that file(s)
5. now you can enjoy file both from the original source and mirror (use flashget to add more links as mirror)
some notes :
http://nbe-media.com and http://nbe-broadcast.com require user and pass to leech the file(s), for example mine was :

u don't have to only use one mirror, use as much as possible cause some site automatic delete our file(s) every xx minutes (you can check some links in my post by clicking link on my signature)
